Our history

The company was founded in 1974 with Ennio Martincigh, one of the current owners, who started this business moved by pure passion, the territory however has been cultivated since the times of Roman domination. For the first few years the company was mainly a zootechnical vocation, the production of wine was marginal, it was only used for family needs, then slowly, thanks to the push of the first customers who appeared in the company and word of mouth, the requests for wine grew, so Ennio began to plant vines in the land that until then had been used for arable land. Since 1986 the company has dedicated itself exclusively to viticulture. Since the 1990s, the company has also benefited from the qualified contribution of Ennio’s two children, Donatella and Elvis, and then their families. The corporate setting, supported by an innovative viticultural and oenological culture of the children, is based on a constant search for the best quality obtainable from the grapes in the Spessa area, respecting the varietal expressions and the long winemaking tradition of the area. Today the company is a consolidated reality that extends over 26 hectares of vineyards.
